Our Vacation at Casita del Crow
Day 43 of our extended vacation started with a beautiful sunrise.
For breakfast, Ron and I ate in the main dining room, where we were seated at a table for two. Afterwards, we took a tour of the galley and the laundry facilities which, strangely, included washing our own dishes and linens.
We spent the rest of the day relaxing on the Lido Deck. We didn't have any problem finding chairs around the pool. I ordered the Drink of the Day – a mojito, my favorite!
I also hid a few of my Cruising Ducks but no one has found them yet. :-(
In the evening, we played Blackjack in the casino since we had already seen the shows in the theater. I ended up ahead for the night, so I was happy.
Back at our cabin, there was a chocolate and a towel animal waiting on the bed. What a nice touch!
It has been quite a journey. I wish there were more ports because I miss seeing new places. But most of all, I miss seeing people.
Wish You Were Here!!

Most travelers like personal service but amenities seemed a little too self-service at Casita del Crow. I know you'll appreciate pampering by others when you're able to travel again.
ReplyDeleteYeah, having to wash the dishes and fix my own drinks. What's up with that? :-) Fortunately, I know how to make a great mojito, thanks to our mojito-making class in Key West.
